Book a call to go through website audit findings, & look at other suggestions to improve your site.
Cancellation Policy
1) You will be charged the full amount online prior to the appointment taking place. 2) Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@signpostmedia.co.uk more than 24 hours before the start of the appointment. 3) Bookings cancelled no later than 24 hours before the booking time will be eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled inside the 24 hour period will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduled appointment. 4) You will be emailed directions of information needed in order for me to carry out the audit. If the information is not received by me within 1 hour of the allotted appointment time, you will forfeit your appointment and the cancellation point 3 above will apply. 5) If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled more than twice, you will forfeit any further appointments and Signpost Media reserves the right to no longer work with you. Your bookings will be blocked from the website. 6) Results of the audit will be emailed to you at the email address provided at the time of booking. If you require a follow up call to explain any of the findings and edits, this will be charged at an hourly rate and must be booked separately on the services page.
